 NADINE NORTH is a multi-faceted executive, experienced in high technology, environmental sustainability, and renewable energy business initiatives, particularly as it pertains to executive talent strategy, corporate finance, alliance development and sales within multi-national corporate enterprises. She is a founding advisor of a global consortium of Environmental Strategy Executives from multinational corporations. The membership is focused upon these Chief Sustainability Officers plus Operations Executives leading Data Centers, Supply Chain, Real Estate, Facility Management, Hard Waste, Packaging, Fleet Management, Logistics and Transportation. Additionally, she is Senior Strategic Advisor to the Bay Area Council, the leading public policy consortium of San Francisco Bay Area corporations. San Francisco-based with an additional strong global network in EMEA and India, Nadine recently enjoyed a 6-year tenure as Managing Director of a leading high tech boutique executive search firm. Joining in 2003 and establishing the Silicon Valley office, she led executive searches backed by leading private equity and venture capital firms across the US, and in EMEA and Asia. She drove extensive business development in industries including Renewable Energy, Environmental Credits, Internet, Financial Services, Security, Storage, Compliance, Supply Chain and Virtualization. Additionally, Nadine was the firm’s liaison to a global consortium, where she created business development practices for this partnership of 20 executive search firms based amongst the major capitals of the world including those in China, India, South America and EMEA. Previously, Nadine was head of Global Recruiting at Siebel Systems (NASDAQ:SEBL), industry leader in CRM software solutions and services. She established and led the global recruiting organization to build the company from 1000 to 8000 employees throughout 25+ countries and to $1.2B revenues. Her efforts contributed to the Company’s recognition as Fortune Magazine’s Fastest Growing Company in America. She also has an extensive background in corporate finance with Citicorp and Fleet Financial; and has mostly resided in the San Francisco Bay Area since completing her studies at the University of California, Davis.
