Ross Nicholson

ROSS NICHOLSON is a founding Director of Six Degree People. He has been strengthening international management teams since the late 90's.
Ross has an enviable reputation with a significant global network of the leading talent across sustainability, climate change and renewable energy. His clients include many of the most innovative and progressive corporate, consultancy and NGO organizations in the world. His work has involved helping consultancy clients grow into new regions through locating specialist local and international talent and the appointment of senior individuals into pivotal business transformation roles. Multi-national clients engage Ross to locate leading talent with a track record of embedding sustainable business processes into major corporate functions. As the role of NGO’s has shifted in recent years, clients in this space have engaged Ross to introduce the more diverse range of leadership capable of working at the highest level with all key stakeholders. Common to many clients now is the growing interest in emerging markets and the developing world. He has completed search projects in Asia, Europe, US, Middle East and UK.

Ross continues to act as consultant and partner to clients on a number of our most prominent search assignments. A FTSE50 client describes him as “a true strategic thinker who adds real value. Out of hours, Ross has a passion for architecture and design. He is a sporting all-rounder, from golf to marathons and with a weakness for Derby County. He recently ticked off one of the more unlikely things to do before you die, by owning his own wine bar in Islington, London.
