WHO WE WORK WITH

BUSINESS LEADERS AND ADVISORS

  • Individuals who our business leaders, government policy makers, investors and civil society believe have the best road maps to decouple extraction and exclusion from economic growth at the fastest possible pace, but who are increasingly conflicted that their impact only increases when based on incremental improvements from the past.

  • They fully understand the importance of their brand and network as accelerants or brakes.

  • We work to reimagine their brand and network to act as an accelerant to their new vision on what role, where in the system they will maximise impact and at the income they need.

 

EARLY CAREER - FUTURE LEADERS

 

  • Individuals 5 – 10 years into their career, who have first-hand experience of the challenges decoupling growth, often across multiple sectors and systems, but whose personal brand and networks are yet to fully form. They now feel well informed enough, to both relate to the issues and questions we raise, and make decisions on what role, where in the system, and align their brand and network to act as accelerants.    

 

 

MBA, POST GRADUATES

 

  • Individuals in the early stages of their career who want to look at their career through a systems lens from day 1. They have both strong opinions on our ability to decouple extraction from growth and an understanding of how a post growth system might function. They want to align with 1 of our 6 career strategies quickly.

  • With no experience, brand or network to reimagine or unpick they can build experiences, brand and network which act as accelerants to an overall strategy from day 1.

WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING TO CHANGE

​When we work with executives or future leaders, they are usually in 1 of 4 situations:

  • Individuals planning ahead or seeking an independent appraisal of their career strategy from an advisor who shares their view on complexity and change, before deciding their next step.

  • Individuals who are happy with the income/impact mix in their full-time role but are underwhelmed with the advisory board roles they are approached about.

  • Individuals seeking to re-imagine their role to make a much bigger impact within their current organisation.

  • Individuals who feel they need to not just re-imagine their role to optimise income and impact, but also that their role needs to be housed in a different organisation and better equipped to make it work. 

HOW WE DELIVER IT

  • Part 1: Discovery and Decision Making:

    • 4 virtual 1:1 sessions of 60-90 min

    • Independent work between each session 1.5hours

    • Course length 8-10 weeks

  • Part 2: Execution:

    • 4 virtual 1:1 sessions of 60-90 min

    • Independent work between each session 2hours

    • Course length 8-10 weeks

  • Between sessions email and phone support, as required

  • Additional sessions on each module and costs to be discussed with Andy James
